When I gave birth to my second son,...Oh gosh, Wood. When I gave birth to my second son, I too went natural and screamed those EXACT words: I'm breaking in half, I'm ripping in half. I really believed I my body was splitting in two from my crotch up. That whole "imagine yourself opening up like a rose" crap...yeah, right. I was terrified the entire time I was pushing.
